Custodian/Building Maintenance - Full Time
Qualifications/Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Hold a valid driver's license
• Basic knowledge of maintenance, repairs and upkeep (electrical/plumbing)
• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, saws, drills and wrenches
• Custodial duties
• Strong organizational and follow up skills
• Eye for detail, professional presentation and attitude
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually
• Strong time mangement skills
