Sealed bids will be received by Foster County until 11:00 am, Monday, June 7, 2021 at the Foster County Auditor’s Office, 1000 5^th Street N, PO Box 104, Carrington, ND 58421 for the sale of a 1-story, 10’x16’, frame, enclosed porch.

This structure is next to the county-owned mobile home on Lot 7 Juanita Lake Rentals subdivision in the NE1/4 17-147-63 at 8543 10^th Street NE, Grace City, ND 58445. Foster County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities and to award a purchase agreement as it deems to be in the interest of the County.

Bid opening will be held on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 8:00 am at the Foster County Auditor’s Office.
